These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.mobyrewards.com, the Moby Rewards mobile application(s), any partner application in which Moby-powered rewards appear, and our affiliate network (together, the "Services"), each operated by Moby Phygital Media Private Limited ("Moby", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or otherwise using any of the Services, you ("User", "Shopper", "Publisher", or "Affiliate", as applicable) agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are organised into three sections reflecting our three lines of business — Websites, Apps, and the Affiliate Network — followed by general terms that apply across all three. Please read the section(s) relevant to how you interact with us. How we collect and use your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
We operate www.mobyrewards.com as a rewards and coupon destination for shoppers of our partner brands, which run on the Shopify platform. Our participation is as an authorised Shopify affiliate/app partner integrated into each merchant's Shopify store. On arrival, we automatically log you in and open a Moby Rewards account for you, using the mobile number Shopify shares with us in connection with your visit or purchase on the partner store. Once logged in, you can browse cashback offers and exclusive coupon codes and click through to other Shopify-partner stores promoted on Moby Rewards. Purchases made using our exclusive codes on partner stores earn you cashback credited to your Moby Rewards account, subject to the specific offer terms shown at the time.
We may send you WhatsApp messages relating to your account — for example, to notify you that earned cashback is due to expire — so that you don't lose value you've already earned. You can opt out of these notifications as described in our Privacy Policy.
Merchant stores provide us with exclusive coupon codes to promote on mobyrewards.com in order to drive sales to their store. Offer validity, minimum order value, exclusions, and redemption conditions are set by the respective merchant and displayed alongside each offer where available. We are not responsible for a merchant's fulfilment of the underlying order — that remains between you and the merchant.
Cashback is an incentive, not a guaranteed entitlement, and is subject to the order being completed, not cancelled or returned, and confirmed by the merchant. Cashback may take a period of time to reflect as "confirmed" pending merchant validation, and may be reversed if the underlying order is cancelled, returned, or found fraudulent. Unclaimed or expiring cashback and its expiry terms will be communicated to you; we are not liable for cashback that expires unclaimed after reasonable notice.
Our entire merchant-facing dashboard is built and hosted within the Shopify app ecosystem. We do not operate a separate, external dashboard for merchant data — this ensures merchant and customer data stays within Shopify's governed environment.
For high-traffic partner apps, we supply exclusive coupon codes from our brand partners, which the partner app presents to its own transacting users as a "scratch card" reward. When a user of the partner app completes a payment/transaction within that app, the partner app (not Moby) issues the user a scratch card. On scratching/revealing, the user sees an exclusive brand offer code supplied by Moby. If the user chooses to use that code, they are directed to shop with the relevant brand partner and receive the exclusive offer.
The partner app is the one interacting directly with its end user, collecting the user's consent for the scratch-card experience, and controlling when and to whom a card is shown. Moby's role is limited to supplying the offer/coupon content displayed on the card. The partner app's own terms and privacy policy govern its collection and use of its users' data; this Section describes only Moby's role.
Offer codes are supplied subject to availability and brand-partner campaign budgets, and may be modified, paused, or withdrawn without prior notice to end users of the partner app.
Full affiliate program terms, traffic guidelines, fraud rules, and payout terms are set out in a dedicated document — the Affiliate Network Terms of Service — which forms part of these Terms for anyone participating as an Affiliate/Publisher.
Individuals or entities who wish to promote our brand partners' offers may sign up as an affiliate marketer ("Affiliate", "Publisher") through our affiliate network. Registration is open to persons who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and who hold any licences or permissions needed to promote products/services under applicable law.
On approval, each Affiliate is issued one or more unique, trackable affiliate links to share on their website, blog, or social media. Sales resulting from a click on an Affiliate's unique link are tracked to that Affiliate's registered account using cookies, device/click identifiers, and/or server-to-server postbacks, subject to the attribution window disclosed for each campaign. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by a shopper's browser/app settings, ad blockers, or a merchant's own technical issues.
Agreed commission, as shown for each campaign/offer at the time of promotion, is paid to the Affiliate for tracked, confirmed, non-cancelled, non-fraudulent sales. Commissions are provisional until confirmed by the relevant merchant and may be reversed for returns, cancellations, chargebacks, or policy violations. Payout thresholds, cycles, and applicable taxes are set out in the affiliate dashboard/onboarding material and the Affiliate Network Terms of Service.

Our Services are intended for use by persons who are at least 18 years old, or who are using the Services with the involvement of a parent/guardian where permitted by law. We do not knowingly direct our rewards or affiliate programmes at children.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Our approach to data is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
All trademarks, logos, and content on www.mobyrewards.com and our apps, other than merchant/brand marks used with permission, belong to Moby Phygital Media Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our Services without written permission.
The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every offer will remain valid, or that a merchant will fulfil an order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the cashback or commission amount in dispute for that specific transaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold Moby harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-forum rights available to you under Indian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
