This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by Moby Phygital Media Private Limited ("Company," "Network," "we," "us," "our") and the individual or legal entity applying to participate as an affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," "your"). By submitting an application or participating in the Network, you agree to be bound by all terms below. If you do not agree, you are not authorised to join or use the Network. This page works alongside our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Participation in the Network requires submission of an official online application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason, without liability.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and within your account profile — including legal name, contact information, tax identifiers, payment details, and declared traffic sources — is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update this information immediately upon any change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
All affiliates must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
One account per individual or company is allowed. Operating multiple accounts without explicit written approval from the Network is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to reject any application, or suspend or terminate an account, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to direct end-users to designated Advertiser properties using approved tracking links ("Links"), solely in accordance with the specific campaign criteria shown in your dashboard. You may only promote offers using the traffic sources, domains, and methods specified and approved for your account.
The following are strictly banned and may result in an immediate, permanent ban and forfeiture of unpaid earnings:
Fake leads, bot traffic, automated scripts, stolen payment credentials, and self-sabotaging or fabricated registrations are strictly forbidden.
You may not use your own affiliate links to purchase products or sign up for offers for personal gain, unless a specific campaign explicitly permits it.
You may not drop cookies or track user data via invisible frames, pop-unders, or forced redirects.
We reserve the right to hold payments for up to 60 days to audit traffic quality where suspicious click-to-conversion behaviour is detected.
You must use the unique tracking links provided by our platform without altering the underlying code. We are not responsible for unrecorded sales resulting from broken or modified links.
Payments are processed on a Net-30 / Bi-weekly basis.
Earnings must reach a minimum threshold of ₹1,000 before a payout is generated. If the threshold is not met, earnings roll over to the next cycle.
Commissions earned on fraudulent sales, cancelled orders, or fully refunded products will be deducted from your account balance.
If you violate any rule in this Agreement, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account.
Accounts terminated due to fraud, deceptive marketing practices, or a severe breach of these guidelines will automatically forfeit all unpaid balances.
