1.Customer data / Mobile: Used as primary unique id for any user in the system to authenticated for rewards & to send messages if the users wins any cashback or rewards.
2. Customer data / Email: Used as secondary unique id for any user in the system to authenticated for rewards & to send messages if the users wins any cashback or rewards.
3. Customer data / Delivery Address: used to check the very approximate location of the user and then show them rewards & offers only relevant for that region. ie if delivery address is UK, user will see UK relevant rewards & brand offers.
B) Within Merchant store when app is installed1. Discount codes: We use Ecommerce platforms inbuilt discounting module to create discounts exclusively for our platform, which are specific basis limitations to display in our platform. We cannot edit any existing codes or view any codes that made within the merchant store, outside of the Moby Marketing Module for Creating Campaigns. Campaign discount codes made within our Moby Marketing Module, can ONLY be viewed by us, but never edited by us. < /p>
2. Gift Card codes: We use Ecommerce platforms inbuilt secure Gift Card creating module to allow the merchant to create gift cards. We do not have any access to View / Read / Edit these gift card codes. When a Gift Card is requested by Moby on behalf of our customer via secure API system approved by the ecommerce platform, the code is generated by the store and sent to our buyer on payment by us as credit to merchant. We as Moby cannot View / Read / Edit such gift card codes unless our customer returns it to us in the case of it not working.
3. Return Settings: We need your Store Return Days (Store settings > Policies > Manage Return Days) to apply on each campaign which will confirm if any returns qualify & thereby commission on such returns is refunded by us.
4. Product category: We need this information for products you offer in your Discount campaign, so we can place the same products correctly to display in our platform for shoppers to choose from.
5. Product search: used in our campaign module while making a Discount Campaign for Specific products & collections.
6. Refund status: We require this information in case we have to refund the commission on that particular transaction.
7. Refund Amount: We require this information in case we have to refund the commission on that particular transaction.
